All prices displayed on this site apply only to the products and services available on the site and may not necessarily reflect the prices of such products or services, or similar items, available through our retail stores, catalogs or otherwise. Prices are at all times subject to availability and nothing herein shall constitute an "offer to sell". We at all times reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold or to refuse a requested order altogether. The receipt of an e-mail confirmation of your order is simply an acknowledgement that we have received your requested order and does not constitute an offer to sell.

Shipping

It is the intent of FSI to have all candles listed under the auspices of "48 Hour Shipment" actually ship within 48 hours of receipt of the order. However, this is not to be construed as a condition of sale. Sufficient quantity of candles are in-stock to cover most sales, however, from time to time through no fault of FSI this stock could deplete, or large quantities of orders could deplete said stock, creating a temporary shortage. FSI's supplier will endeavor to remedy said situation as quickly as possible, and the customer will be notified as to the length of the delay if it exceeds 48 hours beyond the anticipated shipping date.

It should be noted that depending upon the time of the order, an extra day may be required to get the shipment to United Parcel Service. For example, if the order is received at 6pm EST on a Tuesday, the order will be packaged and ready to go by 6pm EST on Thursday. However, this is beyond the time when delivery to UPS has occurred for the day. Therefore, this shipment would go out the next day, assuming that day is not a holiday, or a weekend day. Weekend days and holidays are not considered as part of the 48 hours for shipping calculations.

This site is created and maintained by FSI in the state of South Carolina. Accordingly, the laws of the state of South Carolina shall in all events govern any disputes relating to this Web site, including those relating to any transaction conducted hereon, and shall likewise govern the terms, conditions, disclaimers, policies and notices contained herein, all without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles.
